Already purchased and unsure what to do next?

If you have already purchased one of my resources and are unsure of the next steps, please follow the guidance below before purchasing again.

Important: if you think you may have already purchased, please do not buy again. Contact me first and I will help you access your order.

What to do next

  • Check the email address you used at checkout.
  • Look for your purchase confirmation and access email.
  • Please check your junk / spam folder as emails sometimes go there.
  • Open the email and follow the link or instructions provided to access your resource.
  • If you still cannot find anything, email me directly and I will help you.

How to download your resource

  • Open your purchase email and click the access or download link.
  • If the file opens in your browser, look for the download button or icon.
  • If the file opens in Dropbox, click download and save the file to your device.
  • On phones, files often save into your Files app or Downloads folder.
  • On laptops or computers, files usually save into your Downloads folder unless you choose somewhere else.

If you cannot access your purchase

Please contact me directly before making another payment or raising anything through your bank.

Most access issues can be sorted quickly and easily by email.

Where do downloaded files usually go?
