About Me

Hi, I’m Liam — an early years trainer and former nursery manager with almost 10 years of experience working across all levels of early years settings.

I started my journey as a practitioner, spending three years working directly with children before becoming a Room Leader in a busy toddler room. That’s where I really found my passion — supporting children through those big feelings, helping staff understand behaviour, and building strong, nurturing relationships that make children feel safe and seen.

From there, I moved into leadership, becoming a Deputy and then a Nursery Manager. I led teams, supported apprentices, managed settings through Ofsted inspections, and introduced in-house training to raise the quality of practice. But what I loved most was helping staff feel more confident — not just with paperwork or planning, but in the way they connected with children every single day.

Now, I deliver training and coaching to nurseries across the UK, focusing on real, honest, and practical support that makes a genuine difference to staff and children alike.
